Beach Blanket Recipe! Cucumber Basil Soup
Wednesday, May 1st, 2013I’ve decided that this summer I’m going to be all about experimenting with cold soup recipes! I just made this cucumber basil soup with mango!
1 cucumber
1/2 avocado
Handful of cashews
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup water
1 cup fresh basil
1 Clove garlic
Salt & Cayenne to taste
1 chopped mango
Blend! Super easy & delicious! Perfect to take to the Coney Island beach on a summer day!
