A New Beginning

This is the beginning of a new chapter. For me. For Coney Island. My shop. Everything. I am truly hoping we can all work together to help Coney Island recover from these difficult times.

As you may know, in March of 2020, I was on the verge of being forced out of my beloved  shop because of a 500% rent increase and demand for a percentage of my revenue on City owned land. My neighbor, Luna Park, are the ones who are demanding these unreasonably greedy terms.

Last summer I was truly crushed by grief of loosing my beloved best friend AND the heart break and betrayal by my neighbors and the community I’ve been a part of and fought for for over 20 years. But this summer I’m ready to fight to save my business & the soul of Coney Island.
