Salt Massaged Kale Salad!
Clean, de-rib, and chop your kale. Add some salt and massage!
Not only is this a good arm workout, it makes your leaves easier to digest and helps your body assimilate their nutrients!
I then add a drizzle of olive oil, some citrus (lemon or lime), and seeds (hemp or sunflower). Toss and serve!
